Can I sell numbered seats?
Yes. Draw a seat map for the venue, link zones to ticket types, and buyers choose their seat at checkout.
Can I sell several dates of the same show?
Yes. Add dates to one event; each keeps its own quotas and scan lists.
Can categories have separate entrances?
Yes. Each tier has its own check-in list; scanning at the wrong gate shows a warning.
When can I withdraw my funds?
Immediately after each sale, from Organization > Cashouts, once your organization is verified. An invoice is generated for every cashout.
Who pays the service fee?
The buyer, on paid online tickets, shown at checkout. Nothing is charged to the promoter.
