What equipment do I need?
None. The terminal app runs on any iOS or Android phone; your staff use their own.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Offline mode keeps scanning and syncs when a connection is back.
How is fraud prevented?
Each QR code is unique and valid once per date. A second presentation triggers a duplicate alert with the first scan's time and gate.
How many agents can scan at once?
There is no limit. All devices sync in real time.
Can staff sell at the door?
Yes, if you give them the permission: cash or card tickets and POS products from the same app.
